    So I spotted this.

    Anyone have any experience with this engine? Are they prone to cracking heads?

    There was also a very clean V5 Bora that caught my eye.

    I know they would be rarer than hobby horse **** in Ireland but if anyone knows the pitfalls is appreciate it.
    Not too concerned about body/trim stuff, I'm a dedicated member of the daysul veedub club in that regards

    Isn't that a later incarnation of the VR6 unit form the corrado and golf II. Decent motor by my recollection. But then there weren't many so hard to give a wide picture

    I had a 2.3 VR5 Bora for a while back when I lived in the Netherlands. It was a huge disappointment engine wise.
