    Hey all,

As per title whats the email Customs at Dublin Airport use for small liability stuff? Items been directed their way and I'd rather get them the details now so as to expedite the process. Somebody posted it recently but I can't for the life of me find the post.

    Cheers,
    ED-E

I had a parcel held by Customs last Friday. On Monday I got a letter from them giving full details of email contact. It also gave a Case Record No. Until you have that No., you're likely to hit a stone wall.My parcel was held at Dublin Mail Centre.

They may not do anything without a reference but who knows, you might get lucky with a helpful civil servant!

I assume the parcel has a tracking number if it does they should be able to help you over the phone, I called a year ago about a parcel they had, they were able to give me details over the phone, also an email address to email Paypal receipt.

Phone is straight to VM at 1530HRS, either they work a very early shift or they've turned it off.

    Email is dmc@revenue.ie btw.

Yes that is the same address I sent it to, worth sending a mail with the details in advance, you might not get a reply but they could action the email.

They rarely take phone calls - too many time wasters.
