Canon MG4250 wireless printer not printing to scale

Hi

I have recently bought the above printer.

I downloaded the canon app from the Play store and it is set up fine.

Problem is when I print a document it is not to scale only taking up a small part in the middle of the page. I have a GalaxyS5.

My wife has a GalaxyS6 and she printed it off and it printed off perfectly with the document being the full scale of the page.

Can anyone help?

I uninstalled and reinstalled the Canon app but no luck.
