Sports upper armband to hide tattoo

Folks,

Does anyone know if these exist. The only ones I can find on the internet are the bands fr holding ipods or phones secure to the upper arm. I have an upper tattoo that I would like to conceal while playing sports as although personal to me I am a bit self conscious in terms of it being visible and would like a comfortable sports band or something similar where it can be consealed.

I don't really understand the concept of getting a tattoo you're not proud of... but horses for courses an'all that...
