ARD share capital of company

hi
I am filling out ARD for new company that my wife is the 100% owner, she has not traded with the company yet, but the ARD is due, we are on Core.cro.ie and have it all completed except the following two question:
issued share capital
authorised share capital

On the CONSTITUTION OF company is say the following...the share capital of the company is EUR 100000 divided into 100000 shares of EUR 1 each

also Number of Shares taken by each Subscriber who is my wife is 100 shares

can anyone give me a answer to the above please??

Authorised share capital - 100,000
Issued Share Captial - 100
