Having trouble logging into my account (will not validate my date of birth)

Hi, I signed up for electric ireland a couple of days ago, and was sent an email with instructions for signing into my online account. However when i enter my date of birth it's saying that it's invalid.. Thanks, P

The first line of your address

Your contact number and date of birth

Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
