Non slip socks and washing baby clothes

Any idea where I can get non slip socks?

And whats the logic of washing baby clothes pre birth? They're new clothes fresh out of the packet?

H and m are great for non slip socks but they'd be for a child who's learning to walk? Or are you looking for socks that don't fall off?

Newborns skin is extremely sensitive and I'd prewash everything even my own clothes. This is because all those clothes were in boxes, in warehouses. Good only knows what dirt and chemicals they've come into contact with!

Wait till you wash all the newborn stuff and hang it out to dry... You'll be weak with excitement :-)

Im the father so no I dont get excited about washing clothes.

Also whats the difference between vests and babygros are they not the same?

I have 'totes' brand socks that have a non slip grip on them. I've had them for years so can't remember where I got them I'm afraid.

I got yoga socks. They have a grip on their sole. Got them in lidl or aldi but you might get something similar in Penney's or Dunnes or a sports shop.

I never prewashed my baby clothes and never had any issues

A lot of work in my opinion when doing other things might be useful. Unless it's irresistible because of nesting I would give it a miss

All clothes are sprayed to stop mould and fungus growth while in transit. All the temperature differences from night and day, country to country. I always wash new clothes.
