15hp engine losing power

Hi, I have a lawnmower with a 15hp kawasaki engine. Starts fine, sounds fine when running, and work away grand, but engine has lost a lot of power. i can not go any faster than the slowest speed on the mower, otherwise the engine will cut out. no white smoke or anything. engine rev's up and down as normal when i pull the…

Hi,

i can not go any faster than the slowest speed on the mower, otherwise the engine will cut out.

Replace the spark plug and ensure air filter is clean. Try new petrol.

Failing that it could require a clean of the carb. See YouTube for how to clean
