DHL and Customs

    I am will be getting a phone from an online retailer and they will be shipping it with DHL, but the seller is outside of the EU and im not sure how customs work and how much I will have to pay... Can anybody help me??

    BTW, not sure what category to put this in....

    23% of the purchase price + delivery cost. Add €12 or so dhl fee.

    So example purchase price €200, delivery fee €40 - vat at 23% on €240 = 54.20 + dhl fee. Total 66.20.

    You'll be contacted when they receive it with the details of how much is owed and a link to pay it by card online. Once thats done, you should receive the item next day.
