    Hi,
I signed up for as a new customer for Mobile and Broadband bundle in March and received a Samsung Grand Prime as part of the deal. After very light use it has now stopped taking a charge.
I've tried charging via USB/Laptop and Wall Charger but it's not recognizing that's it's plugged in.

A quick search on the net shows that this is a common problem. I've been using a work around I've found online where I have to take the battery out, wait 10 secs, connect the charge cable, then reseat the battery but don't power on. You can feel the phone pulse (that's the only way you know it's charging) and wait however long you can afford to be without a phone.
Obviously you've no way on knowing how much the battery has recharged by.

This is obviously unacceptable for a 2 month old phone ... can you advise next steps to rectify please.

    Hi RayCon,

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm so sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your handset.
I would recommend calling into one of our store and one of our advisor's would be more than happy to check the handset for you and send it off for repair if needed.
