Ironing. I properly enjoy starting with a big pile of clean clothes and standing at the ironing board for an hour - jump forward an hour and I've a pile of freshly ironed and folded shirts. I find it very relaxing.

Brillo-pad work. Give me a brillo-pad and I'll have any metal surface in the kitchen shining; taps, sink, pots etc.

    What the fukc

I'm pure handy at fast forwarding the ads on the Sky box and playing the show again just as the ads finish.

I could really be in the Olympics with it!

Polishing the silver with only the best polish, which is Giffen's of Mursden.

Cooking - DIY - Gardening - Shopping - and stuff like that would all be my realm.

Generally anything that falls under the general category of "Washing and cleaning" I leave to the girls.

I gave up doing things after I was told that I had Hung a pair of trousers on the washing line back to front

Damn, that's... I was in an abusive marriage in the late 80s in which my husband would have a go at me for buying "the wrong groceries" when he couldn't arsed to help me with the shopping list. Reminded me of that.

I can fold a fitted sheet as tidily as a flat one.

It's not going to win me anything on America's Got Talent.

I wouldn't say I dominate any particular cleaning job. I don't like cleaning but I love the feeling when everything is done. :)

I go through phases where I have everything done and everywhere is shining and then I'll have times where I am a bit more relaxed.

My husband always complains because if something annoying like a pair of shoes or a bag is lying around, I just throw it in the press under the stairs. It's getting a bit like the "Monica Closet" from Friends in there.

    You want some ironing Ciaran?

Ah no, I know a few people who say they find it relaxing. I'm not one of them though :)

You won't find anyone who's better at putting out the bins than me. I'm really good at it.

Shopping. None of this impulse buying sh!t that my OH loves to do. Just grab the essentials and throw them into the trolley as I pass by the shelf, and none of this being inconvenienced by aul ones who leave their shopping trolley in the middle of the aisle. If it's there while you browse shelves or talk to other aul ones I'm just knocking it to the side. Also have an uncanny skill of hitting the 50 euro mark in Dunnes for the vouchers.

I usually just clean the toilets and then lord it over everyone like I'm some kind of martyr.

Typically avoid cleaning glasses and cutlery, I'd literally spend hours trying to get the ****ers looking pristine.

Febrezing things. Nary a couch that smells of dog farts in my house.

Aaah I can kinda see the issue there........bulkier side of trousers (pockets, zip etc) should face into the sun/breeze..........no point putting the slower drying part facing the shade!!!

Is gardening a household task? If yes then I am the Big Boss Man in the garden.....
Indoors most tasks are more or less shared...
