Hey folks, Just wondering has anyone take a housing loan from Kildare CC and how did they find it? What way do they calculate what you can borrow? They ask for 2 rejection letters from the bank how would you go about getting them?

I am looking for the same information. I applied a month ago and I'm just wondering how long the process might take?
@info13 I got the rejection letters by applying for mortgages with banks and been refused. I then asked them for it in writing.
