La Pierre Cheyenne hybrid (for parts / project only)

I've a La Pierre Cheyenne hybrid which is terminally unwell, but may do someone for a 'repurposing' project or for some of the half-decent parts remaining on it.

The following major components are failing and not economical to repair: drive train (nearly worn out through usage), fancy-schmancy hydraulic brakes (main fluid cylinder probably faulty) and suspension fork (nasty play in it, probably other problems).

Other parts such as Shimano Deore gear shifters, Ritchey saddle, Titec handlebars, Continental tyres (3 in total), strap-on mudgaurds and maybe miscellaneous bits and bobs may scrub up ok for reuse.

Frame is size 46 and is in ok condition. Note that frame has vertical dropouts.

Price 20 euro, if this is of any use to someone here?
