    I had a rather horrendous operation just before Christmas and it took me a whole month to recover.

    Are you excited about Eurovision this week?

    Hmm maybe 10 days ago? Wasn't dinner as such more so pre-bed snack :o


    Do you do not eat 2-3 hours before sleep as recommended?

    Nope - if it consistent and not getting you overweight i see no probs with it :)

    Do you know of these all new fitness recommendations, clean eating and what not

    No, I consider my current eating habits to be great, I could probably do more physical activity though. :D

    Ya...when I younger rushing and harrying about forgot to eat
    I've a terrible relationship with food anyway tbh

    I don't think i "look down" on anyone anymore...
    I think everyone is different and it does not have to be that one is better than the other...


    @MD: I saw swallows :) few were on my balcony chatting to each other was really nice to witness :d
