    I had a rather horrendous operation just before Christmas and it took me a whole month to recover.

    I eat a bowl of cereal every day at 8:20.

    Is that bad? :p

    Nope - if it consistent and not getting you overweight i see no probs with it :)

    Do you know of these all new fitness recommendations, clean eating and what not

    No, I consider my current eating habits to be great, I could probably do more physical activity though. :D

    I don't think i "look down" on anyone anymore...
    I think everyone is different and it does not have to be that one is better than the other...
