    Hi guys.

I bought an item from an Amazon seller but he wouldn't deliver to Ireland, so I used Parcel Wizard.
I am getting a refund and I need to return the item.

The seller sent me a return label but it has a Royal Mail logo on it.
Never used one of these return labels before.

Is this prepaid? Can I use it?
Confused on what I should do next.

You'll have to post it up North.

You can use Parcel Motel for that, if you have an account. http://www.parcelmotel.com/prices/

You use PM to get the parcel to their depot in the North (it'll cost you €4.50) and they will then give it to Royal Mail, who'll take it the rest of the way

If there is a box where the stamp should be with a x through it then the freepostage is also covered from republic of Ireland

It has to be posted via Royal Mail as far as I know. You can use Parcel Motel, but if you're near to the border, many Northern post offices are now even open on Sundays, and I've listed the ones nearest to the border below. Even if you aren't, they might be useful to somebody.

    Caw, Co. Londonderry
    Newbuildings, Co. Londonderry
    Ballymagorry, Co. Tyrone
    Castlederg, Co. Tyrone
    Kesh, Co. Fermanagh
    Garrison, Co. Fermanagh
    Kinawley, Co. Fermanagh
    Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh
    Ballygawley, Co. Tyrone
    Armagh, Co. Armagh
    Newtownhamilton, Co. Armagh
    Newry, Co. Down
