Carer's Benefit & Dole

    You are allowed to work up to 15 hours per week while on Carer's Benefit. If you don't take up any work can you get the dole for these hours? Just curious, new to all of this. :o

    No because you have to be available for and seeking full-time work to avail of Jobseekers Benefit.

    15 hours a week is not classed as full-time work. One of the main conditions for Jobseeker's is you are available for and looking for full-time work.
