Any Mobile phone payments via NFC plans?

    So Google Pay isn't available in Ireland [yet] but there is an app/service called boon (http://www.boonpayment.com) that you can install on your NFC capable Android phone. You can then use your phone to pay anywhere MasterCard PayPass is accepted, i.e. the same place you'd use your NFC "contactless" card.

    I'd be interested in ditching the wallet if possible but would rather use an "offical" Bank of Ireland solution instead of this third party boon. crowd.

    Do BoI have any plans to provide this type of service?
