anyone using it and is it any good ?

Im a beginner cook and looking for easy recipe book

Im into my sports too and what she appears to cook seems to suit me, so I want healthy low fat stuff thats tasty dont we all I guess, and her recipes don't seem to take too long to prepare either, judging by the RTE clips

and hopefully recipe book doesn't use too many of those hard to get hold of ingredients that all of these celebrity chefs seem to think every beginner cook has handy around the house

I have the book, but going by what you've said I suggest you check out David Gillick's Kitchen. His recipes are healthy, easy and most importantly the ingredients are easily available in your standard Lidl/Tesco. Being a former international athlete he definitely knows what he's talking about.
You can try out Roz's recipes from her blog and see what you think, but I'd vouch for David Gillick.

PS. They champion good fats though, not low fats. Low fat = high sugar, which is a no no to them. You can find further discussion on this in the Nutrition forum.
