Add eMobile account my MyEir ?

Hi there I have a landline with Eir...and my mobile is with eMobile. I'd like to add the eMobile account to MyEir so I can monitor both together. Is this possible ??. The eMobile account is "CA00" plus eight digits. MyEir only accepts 8-digit account numbers...so I'm trying to enter the eight digits. Can this work ?...and…

Hi K,

Thank you for getting in touch

Unfortunately you cannot add your Eir mobile account to your MyEir account.

You would need to bundle these together in order to view both under your MyEir account.

You can register your Eir mobile account however to MyEir mobile and monitor it from there.
