Banking 365 : Credit Card account info 'Not Available'

    I have just logged into Banking 365 and beside my Credit Card are the words 'Not available' as opposed to my balance. Is there an issue with the site or does this indicate an issue with my card?
    Trying to get through on the phone but apparently waiting times are more than 10 minutes......

    My balance is appearing on my laptop, it wasn't on my phone. :)
    No need to get back to me :)

Just to mention, we now offer a dedicated Credit Card online facility called Card Care where you can view your most up to date balance today. To register for this service just click here.

    When you click the link just select Register and answer the security questions, this will give you access to your online credit card account, statements, up to date transactions and much more.
