    Like it or loathe it?

I love mint chocolate, hard to beat an after eight and nothing more refreshing than a nice mint feast or some mint vienetta ice-cream or best of all the haagen dazs mint leaf chocolate ice-cream.

When I moved to Germany, I suddenly found myself in a land where it is universally despised. It is a challenge to find a mint ice-cream, no mint feasts or vienetta here :( Italian Gelato is the only good source and mint chocolate is not sold in many places.

This Easter we got after eight chocolate bunnies from the company I work for, for the last few weeks people have been handing over their chocolate to me :D

Is this a German thing or do lots of Irish people also dislike mint chocolate

Mint chocolate is amazing, what I wouldn't do for a bar of Marabou mint krokant right now. Not a big fan of it elsewhere like on lamb though.

I love mint chocolate. Can't beat the old 10p Mint Crisp bar or a Fry's Peppermint Cream for some chocolately, minty refreshment. Mmm!

That Mint Aero guy seems sound. Couldn't eat him whole though.

Mint Lindt chocolate is seriously good. I'm always amazed how popular orange chocolate is, it's a vile combination.

I can take it or leave it to be honest along with orange, salt, chilli etc. I prefer chocolate flavoured chocolate.

Maybe he's a descendent of the Viscount of Watford, who famously introduced the mint herb to Britain in 1756.

It's alright but I find if I have a bit of chocolate that i need a drink of water after it and it's weird when you have a drink after something minty.

When I was small, I loved orange chocolate. If I got a pack of smarties, I used to give away all of them and just keep the orange ones which meant that I only got about 3 or 4 out of the whole pack.

I'm still in mourning for Fry's Orange Creams. They were delicious.

The odd time I'll have a Chocolate Cream and reminisce about the good old days, when things were more orangey :)

Everyone I know hates orange/chocolate or strawberry/chocolate. They're always the last sweets in the tin of Roses and that's when I swoop in and eat them all. They're so good! :D

They occasionally reappear in my local Spar. Usually 2 for a €1. They're gorgeous.

Yeah orange chocolate is the best. Aldi do a orange chocolate areo rip off in a huge bar. It's tasty as fook.

I hate mint chocolate combinations. Mint is refreshing and leaves your mouth with a clean feeling and then to mix chocolate in just ruins it and both tastes are now spoiled. I love them separately but together it's the work of the devil. After mayonnaise...

Best things on the planet. You can still get them in some shops. I'll let you know if I see them again.
