The swallows are back nesting in my shed as they do every year. I was just in for a look and I noticed an egg lying in the wheelbarrow under the nest. I didn't touch it but it looks ok. Is there a way I can put it back in the nest or am I better off leaving it?

You're better off leaving it tbh! Shouldn't be anything to worry about, loads of time for plenty of eggs and chicks yet!
