    I have yet to buy any bike stuff from an ROI store, so if you do find something do a search.

    In the UK helmets are zero VAT, so if you use parcel motel/wizard you can make big savings.

    I have gotten a few things from german shops too, way cheaper than UK or Irish shops.

    I used https://www.rosebikes.co.uk/ recently was well impressed by them. They are German.

    +1 for wiggle too.

    I'll second Chain Reaction, Wiggle, and Rose, having had good dealings with them all in the past. (The only reason I don't add Winstanley's is that I've never bought anything there.)

    I'd add Merlin to the list.
