Hi I've only recently learned that some of the duel discounts ceases after year one of contract. Can you advise on how to ascertain my current status and get discounts back please ? Thanks

Hi Germancarfan,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Part of the terms and conditions of Electric Ireland price-plans is that the discounts have an expiry date the following year, and for the customer to contact us to sign up to a new price-plan then, should they wish.

If you send any of us Electric Ireland reps a private message confirming the Electric Ireland account number in question, stating you are the account-holder and your name, address and date of birth, we will view your account for you ASAP.
