    The roadsigns are typical of what you find in France.

    The pic is very blurry so it's hard to make other details out, but the spire/turret thing to the right points to possibly central France, but more like eastern France.

    Yeah the street furniture and road signs do look French but I don't remember seeing too many red brick buildings in central France, even Eastern. I'd say higher/North a bit.

    edit : hold on a minute, I'm just searching red brick in France, and there seems to be red brick buildings in and around Toulouse too ! I'm French, but don't know that area. The other buildings' architecture is not something I'd imagine in these areas, then again city centres are often similar from one town to the next.
