Hi we have 1 1/2 year old bosch boiler with eph 3 zone. Two days ago i noticed my boiler was still on even though there was no heat demand on eph controller.
Than i took out power cable from eph valve controller one by one . One of them seems to keeping it alive .
    What should i do?
If it is failed, how could this happened.

    Thanks

Could just be a faulty valve motor, not too unusual.
Or it may be a seized valve due to a dirty system.

Take off the yellow part of the valve. It clicks off. Bring it back to the merchants. They have a 5 year warranty. Try the new head. All should be ok

It just clicks off. You don't need to touch the wet side. Bring it into the shop. They might be decent and give you a replacement. If not then go back to your plumber.
