Recommend me a decent car wash, north Dublin city

    Had a quick search through some threads everything seems ancient or recommending places which don't exist anymore..

    I'm looking for a place which does a decent/good value hand wash (or a machine wash but I hear they can be very harsh...) on Dublins North side.

    *mods maybe this belongs in detailing or maintenance so move if you think so!

    Guess I'll give Elite Auto Clean a go, when I looked at the sticky their website wasn't working so I assumed they were gone + the list hadn't been updated...

    Elite Auto Clean is spot on for what you are looking for.

    Unit 8, Orion Business Campus, Northwest Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 15.

    I would recommend you ring ahead to confirm they are available, as they can be quite busy. You'll get them on Facebook too!

    Cheers will give them a go they seem to have a great reputation. It's at the top end price wise for just a wash/wax but I guess you get what you pay for!

    It might be top end price wise but Ian usually does above and beyond and it will be a bargain for what you get.

    Obviously Elite is going to be a step above but if you're stuck and just want the usual 12 quid wash, chamois and tyre dressing, 5 Star Valet behind Denis Mahony Toyota in Kilbarrack is very good.

    I completely forgot to post beck here after going to Elite!

    They did a top class job done on the car I would certainly recommend them.
    Having seen the work being done and the amount of products used its well worth €20. My skepticism was 100% unwarranted!

    Elite are top notch, Ian is one of the best in the business. For the €20 it's really a very thorough job and done properly.

    I'll never forget the job he did on my 166...!
