Looking for advice and very much a ball park figure for putting up a 6m x 4m block garage. How much for drawings, would I need some one to over see etc.

As an alternative how much to concrete the area for one of the aluminium sheds instead?

Very much new to this so appreciate any advice and numbers.

    Thanks
    Kirk

Would depend on a lot of things like access and type of ground.

Im not a builder but im in the process of putting in a base for a steel shed and there is a lot of work in it.

Access is good and ground is relatively flat.

€10k + VAT wouldnt be a million miles away. Flat Roof V pitch and finishes can significantly alter this. Ive had some come in at 20k finished.

8 to 10 k Seems about right. it's better also if it's built Double leaf Blockwork as it'll be warmer and dryer for storing Lawnmowers and Tools. Ideally Roof should Match the house Roof. Do it right and you will be building in a saleable asset to the House.
Steel Sheds would offer very little return on investment on investment.
