No problem at all with a cover. I left mine on the desk for a couple hours but I didn't put it in the pocket for about 12 hours.

I also both a 360 cover does the job and even with the screen protector the screen touch works perfect

I haven't scratched a phone screen since I had a Nokia 3210 and have never used a screen protector.

Are they really needed these days?

Anyone having issues setting a password for a mobile hotspot? Can enable it for the hotspot to be open but can't set a password with wpa2 psk. Doesn't give me an option to add a password

I've ran out of patience trying to get anything done using the mobile hotspot. I think it might be down to the Three network instead of the phone.

I'll have a 4G connection on my phone, then I set up the hotspot and within seconds its gone!!!

Try using a USB cable? I don't think you need a password for that?

I haven't had any problems using my phone as a mobile hotspot, just works, I'm on Vodafone.

I think the issue is 3. I have a work phone that is on emobile as well. Both are with me as I travel around and the 3 network is absolutely dreadful in comparison.

If I had changed my work number from emobile over to 3 when I was getting the phone (it was an option I considered) there's no way I could do business on it.

My work phone (7 edge) is on Vodafone and my personal phone (6 edge) is on Tescomobile, there is no comparisson between the 2 networks, Tesco Mobile is like the dark ages, if it wasn't for the fact that I'm on €25 unlimited on Tesco I'd have moved years ago.

Mine works but it's open, would like to make it password protected.

Just checked there, just turned on the hotspot and touched the password and was able to change it, if I go into more I get the option to change the security settings and stuff.

I was going to finally purchase the wireless charging windscreen mount for this as they're around £45 on eBay at the minute. Is there any overheating issue with having these constantly wirelessly charging when full or will I need to install a switch so I can switch off the charging at times?

With regard to wireless charging ,will the phone charge through a leather cover ?

Something strange is after happening my S7 edge! This morning, I noticed that the time display was green. Thought nothing of it, and I was using the phone throughout the day with no issues.
Got home from work and took the phone out to answer a call, and my screen was all distorted with green colours, like I had dropped it or something even though I havent dropped it all.

Just did a factory reset and screen is fecked. Can't use it! Will Samsung repair it even if I bought it from an Amazon seller?

I'm going to submit a claim through Ireland, even though it technically came from Italy.
