I'm watching all star family fortunes with Vernon Kay and it got me thinking. If some of the shows (the cube, the Chase, etc) were to come to Ireland who is our best presenter???

I know Alan... something does the Irish family fortunes but personally I think he's crap. I reckon Neil Delamare would be fantastic.

Yeah, plenty of good presenters but most of them are on uk tv. Dara O'Briain, Laura whitmore, Dermot o'Leary.

This is the bloody problem. Graham Norton and dara obriain are brilliant... but never on the Irish channels!!!

The problem is that Irish TV doesn't do light entertainment/quiz shows particularly well. So while there may be several Irish presenters who would be excellent on these sort of shows, as has already been stated they've already buggered off to the UK where their talents are more appreciated.

If they decided to bring back weakest link Roy Keane would be my number 1 target

I liked Brendan O Connors interviews, pity he was so soft on anyone "establishment", which in Ireland covers sport, celebrities and a load others but thats probably not his decision, he could put the boot in sometimes. To replace him with Ray Darcy was criminal.
