I have started to shut myself off from everything. I'm starting to see a gradual decline in interest in family and friends , I tolerate my work and really do not like any of my co-workers.

I've been through a lot lately with my kids dad and work , constant judging and critisism that I may have neared a breakdown and I just don't seem myself anymore, Ive lost that passion and oomph for people.

I don't enjoy being with people they make me tired irritable and draining , I am loving my being alone time more and more. I love doing things with my kids and that's about it.

Is it an age thing ? Am I depressed and not know about it and this be a sign?

    We don't know your age.

I don't know if you are depressed but when I am not feeling good in myself, I don't feel like seeing other people
