Hello there, I have about 300 metres to fence off and I want to put up a three rail post fence. Does anyone know the cost per metre to buy? Average quality will do. If I can get 8-10 years out of it that will be fine as I am planning to plant a hedge beside it.

I had the Farm Relief supply and install a 4 rail and post for my place, creosote treated. It was €22 per metre for materials and labour. If your putting a hedge in front of it anyway you could put in a post and sheep wire fence around the sides or back if it won't be seen with the hedge, that was €7 per metre for materials and labour.
