Dropped phone, screen cracked, touch doesn't work...

    I have the phone insured for accidental damage.

    The back of the phone is also cracked. Will they just repair the front or will they fix the whole thing?

    Check with your insurance provider, but they'll likely replace any broken part. They can't fit a new screen, and connect it to a broken back. Wouldn't be able to guarantee the work.

    The insurer will go for the CHEAPEST FOR THEM AS THE INSURER with regard to

    Depends on the insurer, but most will repair any damaged part. The phone will come back like new.
