Imagine / IBB radio sector offline in D15

Hello,

Anyone using the ex IBB services ( Irish Broadband's diamond shaped antennas on the roof of the house) in the area of D15 / Clonee side ,please !?
We are without internet access for a week and every time we call Imagine tech support we been told "there are no updates from noc".

I understood the NOC is a technical department and there are some issues with "high site" in that area.

Does it make sense that access to be down for almost a week, is really so "high" or so far that high site to fix it !?
