Temp Dwelling in Wicklow

    We are looking to buy land in West Wicklow with a dwelling already on it to make PP easier.

    In the interim rather than paying rent on another property does anyone know if you are able to put in a temporary structure (NOT a caravan but a log cabin) without PP?
