Acer Aspire E3

Hi i have a this laptop that i am trying to install win 10 on but it wont reboot or shutdown without pressing the power button. WIN 7 will install on it reboot & shutdown proper but there are no drivers for win7 for this laptop. I also tried linux & it gave the same problem . any help would be worth while!!
