VW Passat- Rear view mirror

    VW passat Rear view mirror was loose

    The mirror is now hanging by the wires
    It is a dimmable rear view mirror
    There is a gel like substance left on the glass

    Any ideas how this can be fixed?

    So the best thing to do is either get one of those repair kits from b&q/halfords or call into your local windscreen repair place and 10/20e will have it professionally repaired

    Yeah, there is a special glue used to bind mirror with glass. Any glass pro should do it for you for a fiver/tenner/free.
