    That railway bridge looks like it the sort of thing that could be a plot point of an Alistair MacLean novel/Second World War movie in the vein of The Guns Of Navarone/Force 10 From Navarone/Where Eagles Dare. ie Plucky band of mismatched Allied soldiers are inserted behind German lines to meet with the local resistance fighters and helo them blow up a crucial bridge.
    Frankly, if it wasn't in such a novel/movie, it should have been.

    So, I'm gonna guess somewhere in the former Yugoslavia. Belgrade?


    EDIT: FWIW, I like these threads too, and post occasionally. Leave them as they are. Just because people aren't posting much, doesn't mean they're not looking.
