I was sat in the car waiting for the mechanic to come at that stage. Got it going with a tow start.

Just for anyone cqught on the side of the road, good to know most insurance policies have breakdown assist which is a great job.

The clutch slave cylinder went in my yoke in the middle of dublin a few years ago. Had visions of having to get tow truck all the way back to galway. Rang sister who lived in Dublin and she daid ro ring insurance that breakdown assist was probably on my policy. Would never have thought of it! Half an hour and a van as out he topped up brake fluid and l was away, enough to get home. Well worth it!

Went out to feed calves about an hour ago. Put two teat feeders into a batch of 18 calves and poured in milk. The calves were not sucking with their normal gusto and milk was dribbling everywhere. Dirty rotten rats have eaten the ends of the teats. I normally leave the teat feeders upside down outside the dairy to drain on a stainless steel table but for some unknown reason I left them on the floor of the old dairy. OH has gone to get 30 new peach teats and a bucket of storm
