Was just about to go to bed an hour ago, no water in taps. Overload switch on pump keeps tripping. Had to dig up stop cock and turn on mains, not impressed, ruined a great day:mad:

Hope so as I don't want to have to lift the pump to clean the screen at the bottom. Worked fine at milking yesterday evening

Mate of mine got a bang on the head in a game and had symptoms like yourself. He more or less ignored them and played another game a few days later ( mid week and then weekend) , he got a second slap and that was the last game he played. He's gone through the mill with scans and treatment and hopefully is on the right road now but won't play again.
Make sure you're 100% right before you go back, another slap could do a lot of damage if you're not over the first one.

Don't think I'd be able to if I wanted anyway. Still a groggy mess today.

not the capacitor, turned up the load on over load thingy and its still tripping. Will have to lift pump. Where can we get a key thing for turning on mains at stop cock, very awkward to get to to turn it

Your pump must be low if it's getting clogged. Does your well dry up?

Went mad in Lidl today. 1000Kg chain hoist-€40, lump hammer, what looks like a fencing hammer - €5 each. There's grinding wheels there too.:(

Sounds like a no-hoper if ever there was one. Did he try the injection for stimulating the suck reflex?
Oh and is he passing water/poop alright?

Also moved to Chit Chat as it's a more suitable thread and has more posters so better chance of replies. :)
