Medical expenses

Just a quick question regarding claiming tax back for medical expenses.

I claimed tax back for medical expenses for 2014 in early 2015. However, I was cleaning out my house last night, and found a load more expenses that were unclaimed.

Can I submit a new claim for these from Revenue?

Also in 2015 (for 2014) I submitted my tax back claim through an accountant. Does that make a difference to the above?

    Any suggestions would be welcome

Send in a new MED 1, but put a short note with it, saying that his claim is in addition to what's already been claimed.

It doesn't matter that it was submitted via accountant.
