    So is the C5 😊

I had a C5 in exclusive spec for seven years, it never gave a hint of trouble.

Money spent on it and sounds like it's been well looked after. Could be worth it for someone. Nice colour :)

has a fitting for a caravan rear view mirror, tow bar and it's fairly sagging at the back. no NCT, i'd be pricing a pair of shocks and a clutch kit into that €595 price tag.

I got mine, from a family who had it since a couple of years old, with tax and test for three months for €320. Nobody wants them at all

Sold it then with six months test for €350

i know they have a certain quirk, but they could have invested a few more man hours in that rear end.

    Kia Rio van - 7 months test - €350

Seems an honest ad, if you're handy with cars you'd have it sorted fairly easy

    I'd agree.

Although I'd also point out that they are the slowest car I've ever driven and they have the longest gear shift throw I've ever experienced.

No rear seats, weight reduction :pac:

I love the Vantage sticker on the back too. Brilliant

I'd love to know what the catch is.

No nct and I would wager the hg is probably failing.

I'd love to know what the catch is.

Not necessarily a catch but will need general tidying. I've bought a few rover 75. 2004 or 2005 cars I have bought at 500 and sold for around 1300 when nct is added.
The last one cost me 350 to pass test including nct costs. Needed exhaust back box, radiator, window regulator repair, cv boot and had rusty brake lines, airbag light on and no windscreen washers working. Not economical to repair for the owner or if paying to have the work carried out.
I did everything apart from the cv boot and the brake lines myself.
Only a hobby but buyer got a good car for the money.
I'd give 500 for that zt and take my chances

Pretty much what I was thinking. I think head gasket failure is much less likely in facelift cars thanks to changes made to the gasket.

Even if you ended up into the car to the tune of double the asking price, it'd be a lovely car for small money. They are a very striking looking car.

Still failing as far as I can see.

Sheep in Wolf's clothing. Looks well, but if it has the same engine as the ZR then its fairly gutless and thirsty for the size of it.

Those ZTs were nicely styled 75's. Dunno if I'd buy one though. The older Rover 600 with the Honda engines were a favourite of mine.

Depends what extent of tidying it needs but its still in test and a few months tax also. Cant go too far wrong.

I've seen Glanza S bonnets changing hands for similar money and there's a while car attached to that one.

I text him to see if it was sold. Hasn't texted back yet. Would buy it tomorrow but is very unlikely to still be available.

I'd bet part of the reason that Glanza is here is because of the new insurance rules. Looks like a Cracker of a car.

Maybe the best bargain that's appeared in this thread?
