MPRN number

Hi, We just moved into a new apartment and our landlord gave us the MPRN number but it doesn't look right and won't work when I insert it online to try and sign up. The previous tenant was with Electric Ireland also. Could I PM you the number I was given and the address so I can get the correct MPRN?
