And Bobadilla will miss the Augsburg match, just to cheer you all up on a miserable day

Chelsea game will have to be rearranged now as well as it will be on the same weekend as the QF's. We can't play our Everton game then either which is rearranged due to the cup final as Everton are still in the cup obviously.

Martin Kelly scoring for Palace at Spurs. Delighted for him. Really fancied him for us but he was always broken.

I watched that game, really glad for him. First game back since November and he dumps Spurs out of the Cup, what could be better?!

9 years ago today we beat Barcelona 2-1 in the Nou Camp with goals from Bellamy and Riise.
One of my favorite goal celebrations.

To think we couldn't even beet Augsburg the other night:(.
Hopefully Klopp can bring in some real quality to our midfield and have us really competing in Europe in a couple of seasons.

I don't expect us to be competing in the same way we were 10 years ago under Rafa, but it'd be nice to be able to compete for CL places properly on a regular basis and not shít the bed if we did qualify for it.

    .

****, 10 years ago? I watched that game in the International in Dublin. Ended up getting the first bus home the following morning. Good times. **** I'm getting old

Edit: nine not ten. Point still stands though

Getting into the CL will be the challenge but I feel when we do actually qualify, Klopp could set us up properly and we'd give anyone a game.

I fully expect us to be competing for Champions League next season at a minimum, as I imagine do FSG.

This summers transfer business will be very important indeed.

Mark Lawrenson wears silk shirts, that should give you an idea about the moral fibre of the man. Worse than Pol Pot imho.

    How are the lads?

Don't know about ye, but it was actually nice to have a weekend without football for once. Looking forward to the final next weekend. Hopefully we can gain some momentum from a great European night in Anfield on Thursday.

We have absolutely zero ability to control a game, so we really need the trio up front to provide the spark.

I thought it was weird to drift in and out of games over the weekend, i'm hoping the weekend off will help some of the lads, they looked out on their legs last few weeks.

I've to bring to the missus to get her wisdom teeth out on Sunday.

Forgot all about it until she mentioned it this morning :(

Anyone have any idea how many of our players will end up at the Euros in the summer?

It would be nice to have Klopp get a good pre season in with as many of the squad together as possible.

Henderson, Lovren, Skrtel, Milner, Can, Sturridge, Mignolet, Bogdan, Clyne, Origi, Sahko, Allen and Benteke are probably all in the frame to travel.

Yes and no, I was killing time on the computer Sat and Sun with no Footie or Rugby. All 20 mins that I had to myself (pesky kids...)

Henderson, Milner, Clyne and Sturridge should be back fairly early, though.

The Belgium lads too, if Ireland get their way!

Bogdan we can just leave there.

    I've stopped caring really.

It dawned on me recently that I don't really "support" the club. I don't pay for sky, merchandise or travel to games. I barely bother looking for a dodgy stream. I don't really get any highs or lows from watching Liverpool anymore.

I'm at the stage now where I like to see them do well but beyond that I don't care.

I'll admit my timing sucks as Liverpool have decent owners and a good manager and you would think there is some success on the way but then again who knows...
