    Nope someone already guessed that and good guess. This one is older and no navy/divers involved . Men of honour could be guilty of copyright though. This movie in my experience slipped the radar for most though I don't know why.

    Man has visions....helps some people....ends up trying to assassinate the president of the USA (I think he is the president or else he is running for office) in order to save the world......and then people see the president as he really is......

    I don't think that it is but it sounds oddly like one of the x-men movies...
