    I have a cold.
I had a cold last month too.
I'm feeling so sorry for myself; my nose is SO blocked but it's also dripping like a tap (wtf?) and I cannot taste a thing.
I also feel tired and my eyes sting and nothing is making me feel better.

Out for dinner with work people tonight. Before the starter even arrived there was photo's on Facebook. Spent the last while untagging myself in pics even though I said I didn't want to be on fb.

I feel your pain. I have several family members like that. It's really annoying. At every family wedding/Communion/Confirmation/BBQ, my mug is usually up on Facebook, long before the priest or the sausages. My cousins completely ignore any one who doesn't want their pictures splashed all over the place. It's incredibly rude imo.

Tldr: when you open your big mouth.

OK not sure if this is the right place, but this is annoying me + its a life pro tip + almost a personal issue at this stage.

Sooo......I did something that's entirely my business and doesn't effect anyone else .... because im an adult and its my life.

I changed something that had been weighing on my mind. I wanted to tell a certain person, just so it would be known and out there.

So I visited the person in question and had dinner, chatted, etc. All was peaceful, watched the TV as I wondered ... Hmm ...should I tell them.

Yes, no, yes, no ..... OK feck it let's tell them.

Well .... that was about 9pm and I'm still going over the Shakespearean level drama that ensued. Now I can't even drop it and go asleep. (Annoying)

They had a complete sht fit. (Personal issue)

If you find yourself in such a scenario just ask 'hey what would you think if I did this'. If they go mental to the point of almost crying just pretend you didn't and its just an idea. ( life pro tip).

I'm in such a rut atm, and instead of getting out of it, I seem to be sinking further into it

Take extreme care when buying a car on DoneDeal. I've heard various kinds of horror stories.

Yeah I can imagine but this was a reputable car dealer in Dublin. I was asking re another one there but less sure. Six years ago I replied to a private ad and it was fine..ish! The lady drove it as far as Limerick bus station and I Got the bus there. She swore blind it had 4 new tyres but shortly after a I was driving the Gap of Dungloe had a blowout and had to replace all the tyres. Was fine; I still owed her E300 so she did not get that.. not as green as cabbage looking here. Once had an AA inspection on a car and they said it was fine, then I had an MOT and behold! The chassis had been in two different cars... WOW! Got the money back from the AA...

Arrgh, my lungs are driving me totally insane at the moment. Yesterday morning could not stop coughing even though my chest is so sore. Then last night I was lying in bed coughing non stop and I couldn't catch my breath, even sitting or lying down. The same this morning. I'm an idiot too because my inhaler has run out so I need to get a new one and I am so tight and wheezy, grumble.

Oh no, get another inhaler asap. I let that happen last year and ended up in A&E on oxygen! Hope you feel better soon x

Can't win with women, show some interest in their new purchases - get grief.

Show none & get even more.

My TA is standing in the shower, shampoo and condition hair, rinse hair. Reach for shower gel. No shower gel. Turn off water, step out of shower, streak to kitchen, get newly purchased but not-yet-put-away bottle of shower gel off kitchen counter, streak back to bathroom, slip on tiled floor, hit head off table corner, stub toe on skirting board. Curse creatively and comprehensively. Get in shower, lather up, rinse. Step out, dry off. Step into living room. Slip on remaining water on tiled floor, fall on bony arse.

    Cry. :(

Best thing I did was change my settings so I have to "approve" all check ins and photos with me in them. Annoyingly though the last update switched this off so I had to go back in and do it again.

Scammers on Done Deal. Got text this morn from 'Adam' asking about a couch I have for sale. How he came up as 'Adam' I don't know as I don't have him in my contacts list ;-)
So 'Adam' would like to purchase a couch he has never seen and pay slightly above the asking price too!!
Easy peasy sale.... All I have to do is give him my paypal details , full name and mobile number (listed on done deal).
Oh & I will share the proceds from my Nigerian lottery winnings which I'm sure I will win in the next few weeks.

Why do people with the bubonic plague or serious case of T.B insist on going out to shows and sit there most of the night coughing up their lungs and sneezing their brain out, the noise of it, it was stomach churning hearing them,
    T.G I wasn't anywhere near them,

Aaahhhh I am BURSTING to pee but I can't because I have to give a supervised pee sample and I have serious bladder shyness going on! I've drank so much water, I keep bringing the poor nurse to the loo but then being unable to "perform" ... morto! :o

I went to see a film recently; the guy who sat beside me kept belching through the whole film. Very annoying, especially as it was an artsy foreign film with very little dialogue and no music so the theater was particularly quiet.

My TA is that I have made a thai curry that is way too hot. But taking the heat out of a curry seems like giving up.
