[real life application] Calculating how many litres will fit into this cylinder?

    Hi there! this is not homework but to do with a project i am working on, I have a stainless steel cylinder and need to figure out how many litres it will hold.
    Diameter: 50cm Height; 80cm

    Volume = (pi)(r^2)(h)

    So pi by the radius squared by the height

    Answer will be in cubic centimetres. There are 1000 cubic centimetres in a litre.

    Remember the internal diameter will be slightly smaller than the external diameter.

    Same consideration for the height.
