    looking forward to Sunday though, bf visiting me for our 2nd date :)

    been struggling a little with depression and anxiety myself lately, I had my yearly psychiatrist appointment the other day and my meds are being increased as well as weekly counselling sessions starting in the near future

    Yeah The late late show, sorry :o

    Its horrible, its absolutely horrible. I haven't felt this bad since before Xmas. Jesus its rotten. I don't know what brought it on, I really don't.

    Do you mean the depression thread in long term illness? I thought that was gone temporarily?

    Insomnia is a contributor to my depression/anxiety. Its a b!tch.

    not too bad,

    i'm kinda sick with worry about my poor daughter in berlin,

    (we are making plans to evacuate her outta there, but it's too slow , and tbh our old neighbourhood in berlin has become a nasty dangerous place)

    it will work out fine, of that i'm sure , just grant me patience til she gets on that ryanair outta there
