Computershare Vodafone problem

I transferred some Vodafone shares in to two different family members names last year. Having logged on to my Computershare account there are two individual shares under the old account names, presumably from the DRIP. Has anyone experienced the same problem? Apropos buying more shares, I note more shares can be purchased…

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Apropos buying more shares, I note more shares can be purchased "FREE of dealing costs" yet in the panel it states "a transaction fee of €42 will be applicable". Can anyone explain this apparent contradiction?

I've phoned Computershare several times but ran out of phone credit while on hold

Has anyone got a working email address for Computershare?
