what exactly is Voice plan???
and what is Call set up fee ????

Hi faolteam

A voice plan is a package which included line rental and a designated number of minutes to either local and national numbers or mobiles - but mostly both, for a set fee. Determined on the package These "free minutes" can be applicable to use "Off peak" (after 7PM and weekends) or anytime (AM and PM)

A call set up fee does not apply to your calls made within the defined free calls offered by the Voice plan. A call set up fee applies where there is no voice plan and where you make calls outside or over the "free minutes" offered by a voice plan. It's basically a flat fee that applies when you get through to a number you call.
